The plug does it exactly what it says. However, you can just get a jack to mini jack adapter for 29 less, that will do the same.....

I've just bought one of these. I have an iBook mac laptop and wanted to record my guitar into garageband. I had a look round to see what was available and saw the GuitarPlug. It works! First try and the mac picked it up and allowed me to record a track straight in. I haven't worked out how to play other tracks as a backing yet but it must be possible. Great product for the price and to get started recording own playing

I saw this and desparately wanted one for my friend for Christmas. Everywhere else (other less wonderful online shops!) couldn't get one until after Christmas. I ordered one with you and although they were not in stock when I ordered them you kept me up to date with their progress. Sure enough a week before Christmas it turned up on my doorstep. I was so excited that I kept it for myself! I have spent hours perfecting Silent Night with added vibrato and sliding from note to note in a real seventies type way. I loved the way that you kept me up to date with the progress of my order on a daily basis, this has been the most e - mails I have ever had in my life! Thank you Dolphin, I shall certainly be ordering from you agian!
