How can I manage my account?
To manage you account please visit our members area. You will need to logged in.
Using your Dolphin Music account you can check you order history, edit you delivery address, and view and email your wish list.
How do create a New Account?
You can click here or use the 'login' link at the top of the page. Next select register and fill out the short form. You will need to select a username and password.
If you are having trouble signing up for a new account the please phone us on 0870 840 9060 and we will set it up for you.
How do I use my Wish List?
To create your Dolphin Music Wish List, just browse or search the site for the items you would like to have, and click the "Add to Wish List" button on each item page. When you have finished your list, click "Email Your Wish List" and tell us who you would like it sent to.
You can view your wish list by going to the my account area or by using the llink at the top of the page.
I have forgotten my password...
You would have been sent an email when you signed up for your account with the username and password on it. If you no longer have the email then you can click here or when you are the login page you can go to login page and select the forgotten password link.
Why do I need a password ?
Your password keeps your "personal" area of the site secure. Only you know your password, which allows you to change your address and contact numbers, and track the status of your order.
Why do I need an account ?
When you create an account, our system will remember you and your delivery address. This means that you don't have to enter them again the next time you order. For security, your card details are not kept with your address, and need to be entered each time.
You will also be able to user some of the advanced features of our web site such as the wish list system.
