Epiphone are well known for their production of great sounding, great quality electric guitars at an affordable price, based on the popular Gibson models such as; Les Paul, SG, Flying V, Hummingbird and their most popular “Casino” used by The Beatles' George Harrison and John Lennon, Noel Gallagher and the Rolling Stones.
Some of the worlds most influential and successful guitarists are huge fans of Epiphone guitars; The Edge (U2), Matthew Followill (Kings of Leon), Josh Homme (Queens of the Stone Age) and Pete Doherty (The Libertines/Babyshambles) have all used Epiphone guitars for recording and on stage. Les Paul used Epiphone guitars for recording from the early 1940's until the late 1950's, even after his signature Gibson's were produced.

Considering that Oasis are one of the biggest bands ever, and Noel such an influential guitarist, who inspired many kids to pick up an electric guitar since the band released its debut single "Supersonic", it's quite surprising that info about Noel Gallagher's gear is so sketchy and incomplete – no extensive gear interviews, no clear photographs of his pedalboard, etc...so it was about time we had a good look into what he's been using over the years!
Noel Gallagher has two Epiphone Signature models which were issued during the height of Oasis' popularity in 1995-96; the "Noel Gallagher Union Jack" which was a Sheraton II with a Union Jack paint job and his "Epiphone Supernova" semi-hollow electric guitar.
