SSL RELEASE DUENDE SOFTWARE VERSION 1.2
SSL have released Duende software v1.2 for free download. v1.2 contains a number of new features together with some fixes.
Important - Parameter Order Change:
Due to added features (input gain etc) the parameter order has been changed for the Channel. The consequences of this are that projects previously loaded will Duende Channel plug-ins (from V1.0) will load incorrect settings. Unfortunately this cannot be avoided but a decision was made to do this in v1.2.1 rather than further down the line when more users have mixes utilising the Channel. The workaround is to press alt + shift whilst clicking on the version number in the bottom right of the GUI. This will remap the parameters so the previous setting is loaded correctly. When the project is then saved in the DAW the settings will stay permanent and this will not need to be done again. This must be done for each instance of the channel.
