TC Electronic is happy to announce that we have now established an agreement with PANIC MUSIC SERVICES, as TC service provider in UK. PANIC MUSIC SERVICES are replacing CIMPLE SOLUTIONS from today, as TC approved Service center, to make all type of repairs as well as warranty repairs. (Cimple Solutions are no longer approved, to make repairs for TC Electronic)

As part of this new action, we will re-direct all enquiries from end-user to you as a dealer. This gives you the possibility of building relations that goes beyond the talk of prices. You will maintain the contact with the end-user and often you will be able to solve their problems at once. We do see that some problems are not related to fault in the unit but may be due to wrong use or wrong accessories. Issues that you as a dealer can solve instantly creating yet another happy customer.
