*Provision of warranties dependent on manufacturer. Applies to select items only, please refer to manufacturer or ask a Dolphin staff member for full information.

  • For purchases made between Monday 10th November 2014 and Christmas Eve Wednesday 24th December 2014, the unopened product can be returned for a refund up until Monday 19th January 2015.
  • To return any items bought online call the Dolphin Sales Team on 0151 448 2080 to initiate the process. The Returns Team will call back and arrange a collection of the goods. Returned items must meet the above conditions to qualify for refund*.
  • Items bought at www.dolphinmusic.co.uk can be taken to our head office for refund or exchange, but ideally a customer should contact the Sales Team in advance to ensure stock and staff are available to assist with the exchange or return. If the item is unwanted and qualifies for a refund as per the above conditions, the item will be processed via the same method as was paid for by the purchaser of the item. For example, if the purchaser paid via Paypal, the refund will be paid back in to the purchaser’s Paypal account. Refunds are not processed by the store the item is returned to; the refund is actioned and processed by the online Sales Team.
  • For debit/credit card refunds at Dolphin head office, the card and the cardholder must be present.
  • The customer’s statutory rights are not affected.

*Unwanted items will be subject to a £10 collection fee to cover the return cost, unless the cost of the item is less than £10.00, whereby the Sales Team will discuss and come to an agreement with the customer on an order-by-order basis.
