Counting Down to KORE: Chapter 2

Published: Tue February 28, 2006  News Feed

Last week we took a detailed look at the unique KORE interface and the underlying concept. This week we turn our attention to the way in which the sounds themselves are handles within KORE.

Chapter 2:

KORE builds on the new, universally compatible KoreSound format. This revolutionary new format offers completely new possibilities when working with sounds and plug-ins. Manage all the presets of all your plug-ins in KORE™s powerful Sound Browser. Find sounds according to their musical attributes using KORE’s intuitive search and filter functions. Save intricate sounds that are created using multiple instruments and effects as a single sound.

And the list goes on - for further information please visit the Native Instruments website:

Chapter 3:

Next week will focus on KORE's perfectly integrated hardware component. The KORE controller and its built-in audio interface form a pivotal part of the KORE system.
