National Learn to Play Day
The first ever annual National Learn to Play Day is nearly here. The UKs instrument shops will be opening their doors to the general public and will be offering instrumental lessons on a variety of instruments.
“Support has been flooding in from the music industry with brands as varied as Yamaha, Fender, Gibson, Roland, Korg, Marshall Amps and Peavey providing demonstrators, prizes, goody bags, discount vouchers and technical support. Other organisations such as UK Music and partners the Musician’s union, Arts Council Take it Away scheme and MusicTeachers.co.uk have provided assistance, support and help in creating this exciting day.”
