Roland BK-5 Backing Keyboard

The BK-5 is the latest in a series of Roland musical instruments with intelligent backing track technology. It contains hundreds of great rhythms, music and tones and all at the touch of a button. The sound quality is second to none and derived from Roland’s very own BK-7m (band in a briefcase) backing module.

The Music Assistant and rhythms included in the BK-5 backing keyboard cover a variety of musical genres and are compatible with the BK-7m/E-series/G-series/V-series. Other features include 128 voice polyphony, more than 1,150 sounds, 60 drum kits, song playback, recorder, composer, video output and audio input.

For composing and training applications the BK-5 has an embedded rhythm composer and the USB memory allows for easy audio recording. The USB can also be used to pull backing rhythms directly into the BK-5. (WAV, MP3, SMF)
