Full Colour Sound...
This year, Fender hails the King of Rock n Roll and takes us back to the 60s with the new Elvis Kingman acoustic guitar. This guitar is based on the Kingman played by Elvis himself, in the 1967 film Clambake. This dreadnought acoustic brings back Fender’s classic mid-60s Wildwood finish along with some other distinctive features. The guitar’s finish is incredibly unique, as the living beech trees used for the instruments back and sides were dyed in a number of striking colours before they were harvested. One of the most distinguishing features of the Kingman was that the wood was unusual in colour, in a way that appeared to be a natural wood grain pattern.

The guitar’s scalloped X-bracing provides a fully rounded and resonant tone, and with the addition of a gloss body and neck, the Elvis Kingman offers easy playability, particularly for Blues players who do a lot of fret sliding.
Much like the original, this Kingman is purely stunning. Expected to be popular with Elvis fans all over the world, this guitar has a great tone and look, and is simply a wonderful instrument in its own right.
