Telephone Sales & Customer Service Representatives
Location - Liverpool
Dolphin Music Ltd is the leading On Line & Retail Music Equipment Reseller in the UK whose growth year on year has been unprecedented. To help us achieve our plans for the next financial year we are looking to expand our Tele Sales & Customer Service team to provide a professional and efficient service to our UK and European customers.
We are looking to recruit confident, articulate, target driven individuals with a wide knowledge of the music equipment industry and the ability to:
Interact with others
Be motivated and enthusiastic with a strong commonsense approach
Possess good analytical skills
Be determined and focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets
Have expert knowledge in one of the product categories of Guitars, Music Technology, Drums or PA / DJ equipment
Have a strong & clear telephone manner
Maintain high customer care standards
So do you think you have what it takes.? It is essential that applicants are knowledgeable about the products we sell. The areas we cover are Guitars, Amps, Music Technology, PA and DJ equipment, drums and percussion. We understand that it is difficult to have expert knowledge of all areas, so we mainly require in-depth knowledge of one area and an overall understanding of the others. During your time at Dolphin we require you to undergo constant training and development so that your product knowledge improves.
We are also looking to build a strong Multilingual Telephone Sales & Customers Service team. If you possess the above experience combined with a wide knowledge of the music equipment industry and the ability to speak and write fluently in one or more of the following languages please get in touch:
