NAMM 2010: New Vox AC30 and AC15 Guitar Amps!
New for 2010, the new Vox AC Custom Range breathes new life into the legendary and ever popular guitar amps...find out more about this and other new Vox amps releases

The new Vox Custom range includes the Vox AC15C1 and Vox AC30C2, both featuring updates and enhancements on previous models. Including:
-
Both models offer two channels - normal and top boost with their own gain control.
-
Volume and tone cut in the master section. The tone cut operates in the power stage, offering an extra degree of tone shaping.
-
Tremelo circuit with speed and depth control and a spring reverb with tone control (featured on both models, switchable with the Vox VFS2 footswitch).
The new Vox AC Custom Series delivers everything from the classic Vox ‘chime’ to overdriven rock tones utilising the 12AX7/EL84 preamp and power amp tube.
The AC15C1 and AC30C2 are equipped with Celestion G12M Greenbacks but if you really want traditional looks and classic Vox tone, the AC15C2X and AC30C2X offer the Celestion Alnico Blue speakers as an option at additional cost.
Vox will also release, as announced exclusively by Dolphin Music last year, the new Vox AC30VR and AC15VR, budget versions of the AC30 and AC15, respectively. The new amps use valve reactor technology to bring great sounding, valve tone, to the more affordable solid-state price range. All reports so far indicate that these new amps won't disappoint! They look just like the "real deal", and sound great, too!
Also from Vox:
Vox finally released its first acoustic guitar amp, the Vox AGA70, a two channel vaccuum tube acoustic guitar amp. The normal and tube channel share the same features - guitar or mic input, volume, bass, middle, treble, overall volume and an anti-feedback control.
The Vox AGA70 acoustic guitar amp also features chorus and reverb, a DI and tuner outputs, line inputs and Vox 6.5″ speaker.
Finally, another exciting new release is the latest adition to the Vox Pathfinder series, the Vox Pathfinder Bass 10, a portable solid-state combo dedicated to the bass player and offering 10 Watts into a pair of Vox Bulldog 5″ speakers.
Controls are drive, treble, bass, volume and a bright switch, which adds an edgy boost to the upper harmonics. The drive control provides a modern, warm bass distortion. A headphone jack is also provided for silent practice or for direct recording.
