THE ROLE

Accountabilities include:

·         Sales Channels:

o   Initial Focus on the Educational Sales Channel

o   Drive the growth of the Education Sales Channel

o   Customer relationship management and satisfaction.

o   Driving Brand awareness and Marketing

o   Achieve and exceed sales targets

o   Ensure the whole lifecycle of a customer order is fulfilled

o   Increase Brand awareness and driving a marketing plan to support specific channels

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background in the musical equipment industry combined with very strong relationship building skills and commercial awareness of the industry.  A passion for the product combined with sales and relationship management skills would be considered.

We are looking for a pro-active, self motivated individual who is determined and focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.  Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential.
