Freaks and fools, geeks and ghouls from all over the country descended on the Coronet Cinema in Elephant and Castle for the first Annual Bizarre Magazine Ball and rocking the main stage were Italia artistes The Priscillas.

Resplendent in retro-sci-fi silver spacesuits which perfectly complimented their matching red ultra-sparkle Modulo bass and Modena 6-string, The Priscillas stormed through their set of Ramones meets the Shangri- La's belters in front of a crowd dressed-up to the nines in some of the strangest outfits imaginable.

Regency Dandies danced with PVC-clad dominatrices to their superbly catchy forthcoming single "All The Way to Holloway" while a man in a huge inflatable pig outfit seemed to be blocking the view of a group of zombie pirates, although strangely no one seemed to mind too much. (Would you ask a huge inflatable pig to move? Thought not.)
