The countdown has started. In a few weeks time, the new Tyros 3 from Yamaha will be amongst us. But, so far, all we hear about the product itself are speculations, and all Yamaha has given to the public is a puzzle...

As the puzzle nears its completion (see belo) we can hear more astonishing Yamaha Tyros 3 sound samples...this really promises to be the release of the year for keyboards players worldwide!

Meanwhile, keyboard enthusiasts wonder what innovations the Tyros 3 will bring, which features it'll have: Larger, motorised colour screen that can be raised and lowered? Better sounds? Super Articulation 2? USB 2.0? Import and play MP3? Sounds from the Motif XS plus of course many more Styles? All those rumours have been heard, but no one knows for sure. Yamaha is not releasing any information on the Official Tyros 3 Website just yet...only a puzzle!

So keep an eye on Yamaha's Tyros 3 puzzle (below) because, once it's completed, all those mysteries will be finally unveiled!

If you purchased the previous Tyros model, we hope this will be good news: any customer who purchased the Yamaha Tyros 2 will probably be able to do a trade-in for the new Tyros 3. We can't confirm details yet, because no dealer even knows how much the new model will cost, such is the mystery surrounding the release! Dolphin Music will be one of the first stores in the UK to recive the Tyros 3, and we'll be organising two instore events for those simply too anxious to know more about the eagerly awaited YamahaTyros 3. The 'Up Close And Personal' days will take place on Wednesday 22nd October (Gateshead shop) and Friday 24th October (Huddersfield shop).

At those events, customers will be able to see a demo and have ago on the Tyros 3 - courtesy of Yamaha's top demonstrator Richard Bowyer, who'll be giving 1-2-1 lessons on the day. Customers are advised to phone the Dolphin shops to book a slot and avoid disappointment.
