This does not include Expansions that have been received as part of any other existing offer or promotion.

You just need to download the rebate form and need to sign and return it to Time+Space, in order to claim the free EZX Expansion Pack.

The free EZX Expansion Packs are not given to the customer by Dolphin - you must  complete and return the rebate form to Time+Space.
