Electro-Harmonix Releases New Bass Pedals
Meet the Bass Blogger, the Bass MethaPhors, Bass Big Muff and Nano Steel Leather Bass Expander. Wonderfully named, great sounding, and a treat for bassists!
As usual, Electro-Harmonix didn't make a big fuss about their new releases...they know their pedals are so good that they don't even need to try to sell them! And, of course, guitarists and bassists all over the world would agree.
Talking about bassists, the new EHX releases are made especifically for bass guitars and will leave bassists very excited indeed...here's the new Electro-Harmonix bass pedals:

A new version of the famous distorsion/fuzz/sustainer stompbox.
This XO-series sized box features a bass boost switch and was specifically designed to handle bass frequencies. It also features a "dry" output.

Electro-Harmonix Bass MetaPhors
An arsenal of performance elements presented in a channel strip toolbox. A new distortion design melds with carefully selected compression and bass specific EQ to add tonality structure with a rock solid foundation.

This curiously-named fx pedal has an even more curious description from the manufacturer: "A soulful distortion for bass guitar. Ultra subtle and perfect distortion creates the perfect dialog with your drummer." With a dual fuzz/ overdrive switch and stereo output, this pedal seems like a simple but versatile unit.
Electro-Harmonix Nano Steel Leather Bass Expander

In addition to those new releases, the Bass Micro Synth is getting a new look, too:
