Video game publisher Activision is massively expanding its Guitar Hero team as the franchise continues to grow across the UK and Europe.
The company behind the product enjoying sales in MI stores as well as video game outlets is continuing to push the brand across as many different territories as possible. As result, it is now looking to hire staff in a variety of roles.
“We're confident this year’s releases, such as Guitar Hero: Aerosmith, Guitar Hero: On Tour and Guitar Hero World Tour will guarantee even bigger successes for the European market,” head of human resources, Orla Byrne told MI Pro.
“Red Octane is a major part of the entire Activision business and we feel strongly that it requires an expanded and customised European marketing division to really deliver our long-term goals.”
Positions available include PR, brand management, commercial retail management, music licensing, sales planning and analysis and production planning.
“These roles span our key European territories of UK, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Nordics (Sweden), Benelux and European HQ based at Stockley Park,” added Byrne
