Do you do business finance options?

Do you pricematch other dealers?

How can every Music Retailer guarantee the lowest price?

They can't - since we all sell music gear at the same low prices, that "Guarantee" is meaningless.

We are going to let you into a little secret - low price guarantees are generally either nothing but marketing hype or backed with some much fine print that you would need a degree in law to figure them out. It's no wonder; otherwise you could literally pit one dealer against another until they were paying you to take the gear off their hands!

The fact of the matter is that all the major music technology retailers, including Dolphin Music, get the same great deals and charge the same low prices, so other companies will gladly agree to match a price with in pennies of their normal price any way.

So if there's no difference in price, why talk about it so much? Other retailers make such a big deal about price because it is all they have to offer. Dolphin Music has become the leading music technology retailer because in addition to great prices, we offer so much more.

How can I get an invoice?

To view your invoice once you have placed an order with Dolphin Music you need to click on the order tracking link on the top of each page. Youu must be logged in so enter you username and password at the promt, (these will have been emailed to you when you first signed) A list of your orders will be shown, click on the relevant order number and your invoice will be displayed.

If a printed invoice is not enough for you needs then please call 0870 840 9060 to request a posted invoice.



How can I Pay?

We can accept the following credit cards online: Visa, Master Card, Access, Switch, Visa Delta, Solo, Electron. We can also accept American Express when you order over the phone.  

We have invested heavily in making the order process as secure as possible but if you don't feel 100% happy about giving your credit card details over the internet then we are more than happy for you to call us on 0870 840 9060 and we will take down you details over the phone.

You can also can pay by any others means such as cheque or postal order.  To pay by cheque or postal order you need sign up with a user account include you user name on back of the cheque.

Is my credit card secure ?

Yes. We protect your card details in several ways. SSL - Our web server uses a encryption system call "SSL". This creates a secure "layer" between your computer and ours and highly encrypts the data transferred between the two. Encryption - Your card details are then held on our secure area of Dolphin Music, in a highly coded format, until we are ready to process them. They are then transferred securely, again using SSL encryption, to Sec Pay, the worlds biggest on-line card processing company, where they are verified against your address (this prevents others using your card fraudulently)

Is VAT included in your prices ?

Yes. All prices throughout Dolphin Music are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. The only exception is for products listed in our educational area which are displayed ex VAT.

VAT for UK customers

For all items that are shipped to addresses within the UK  the UK VAT rate is 17.5%. Every time you order an electronic VAT invoice will be generated in you My Account Area. You will need your username and password to access your invoices.

VAT for EU Business Customers who are VAT registered

For EU business customers who supply their VAT registration number after they order will be charged zero the VAT. for private purchasers (or business purchasers that do not have a VAT registration), UK VAT will be charged.

However, our web site order form does not yet accommodate this and EU business customers in these areas will be charged VAT on placing an order. We are happy to refund the VAT to you after your order has been dispatched. To request a VAT refund after dispatch, please e-mail us. Remember to include the order number with your request.

VAT for Non EU Customers

Goods dispatched to addresses outside of the European Union are generally not subject to EU VAT. When ordering goods for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Dolphin Music, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
